• Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, or impersonation.
• Share practical experience honestly. Distinguish tested advice from opinion and include sources when useful.
• Protect privacy. Do not post private addresses, locations of supplies, medical records, passwords, or another person’s information without consent.
• Keep discussions lawful. Do not post instructions intended to harm people or facilitate crime.
• Medical discussions are for preparedness and education. Seek qualified care for individual medical needs and emergency help when appropriate.
• No spam, scams, or undisclosed advertising. Explain any commercial connection when recommending gear.
• Use the report function for problems. Moderators may move or remove posts and restrict accounts to enforce these guidelines.
